Yes, as an independent contractor, you have the freedom to accept or reject any booking offered through the British Fast Track (BFT) platform. There is no obligation to fulfil any booking.

A: No, British Fast Track (BFT) does not direct or control you in your capacity as a driver. You have full discretion over when and whether you wish to accept or fulfil a booking. You are not considered an employee or partner of British Fast Track (BFT).

A: You are responsible for any income tax, national insurance contributions, and any other tax or claims arising from your bookings. You must indemnify and hold harmless British Fast Track (BFT) for any related penalties, costs, or claims.
