For airport pickups and cruise ports, a no-show is considered if the passenger fails to meet the driver in the arrival hall within 1 hour of flight landing or at the agreed pickup time. If the passenger does not contact us to provide an update, it will be classified as a no-show.
For pickup from home, office, hotel, and other venues, no show is considered if the passenger fails to meet the driver within 20 minutes.
For bookings made online or over the phone with cash payment to the driver (secured with a valid credit or debit card), the full fare will be charged in the event of a no-show.
