Refunds Will Be Granted Under the Following Conditions
  • For all prepaid bookings made with a credit or debit card, cancellations must be reported at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • If a flight is missed, it is the passenger's or booker's responsibility to notify us immediately by phone.
  • If the journey was pre-paid, the fare will be refunded after deducting £6 GBP for bank charges.
  • All refunds are subject to a minimum fee of £6 to cover bank charges.
  • If we are refunding to an international bank account, we will deduct the bank charges from the actual refund amount and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Refunds Will Not Be Provided Under the Following Circumstances
  • If cancellations are made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • If the passenger provides incorrect details such as the wrong date, wrong flight number, or other misleading information when booking the transfer.
  • If the passenger departs from the pickup point without notifying us, for any reason.
